Rigatoni with Red Peppers & "Sausage"
An amazing vegan pasta that tastes good even for non-vegans—ready in under 40 minutes!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 Italian Field Roast Sausages, sliced (or another vegan sausage)
2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced into strips
2 medium sweet onions, thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 cup red wine
1 (14.5oz.) can diced tomatoes

Pigs in an Everything Blanket with Cream Cheese Dip
Everyone loves pigs in a blanket and these take it to the next level with an everything blanket with cream cheese dipping sauce!
