2 Italian Field Roast Sausages, sliced (or another vegan sausage)

2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced into strips

1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

2 tbsp. tomato paste

1/2 cup red wine

Everyone loves pigs in a blanket and these take it to the next level with an everything blanket with cream cheese dipping sauce!

1 cup whipped cream
